PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Students and families celebrated an educational milestone in West Philadelphia.
Thursday was Move-Up Day for the 5th grade class at West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School.
The graduation ceremony took place in the gym at Boys' Latin of Philadelphia Charter Middle School.
Students were recognized for their academic achievements as they begin their transition into middle school.
