FALLS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities have identified a man from New Jersey as the person who allegedly exposed himself and performed a sex act inside two stores in Bucks County.

Falls Township Police say Anthony Oates exposed himself to an 18-year-old while she was shopping at the Morrisville Dollar Tree.

Falls Township Police say Anthony Oates exposed himself to an 18-year-old while she was shopping at the Morrisville Dollar Tree.

Investigators in Middletown Township are working to get an arrest warrant for Oates.

He's also accused of doing the same thing at a nearby Michael's store.

Authorities say it's part of an online trend, known as "gooning," where men record themselves targeting women with lewd acts -- often at Dollar Trees -- then post the video online.
