Wednesday, February 25, 2026
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Are you working on what you think could be the next big TV show or film, but you just can't figure out how to get it to the right hands?

The Greater Philadelphia Film Office wants to help connect you with Hollywood.

It's an incredible opportunity for local talent called "From Sizzle to Screen: Documentary & Unscripted TV Development Workshop."

This is where you can take your ideas and turn them into the next huge hit.

"Everyone has a story in Philadelphia, and we think that there's some untapped talent in the area," says Erin Wagner, co-executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office.

"We want to hear about it. We have a lot of stories here, and it's a question that we get a lot: 'How do I get my project made?'" said Wagner.

The workshop is led by Eric Neuhaus, an Emmy-nominated development executive who has worked on countless hit shows.

He will teach you how to develop and pitch your project and then sell it.

You will leave with a pitch deck, a sizzle reel and ways to get that into the hands of production houses like Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Disney+, you name it.

The workshop runs once a week from March 2 to April 11 at GroundFloor Studios in Philadelphia. The deadline to apply is this Friday, 2/27.
