The shooting happened just before 11 p.m. on June 24 in the 4000 block of Gilham Street in Northeast Philadelphia.
Investigators say the 24-year-old victim was confronted by the suspects as he was returning to his house.
In the video, you can see three suspects sneak up on the victim, while another suspect stays in the getaway car.
Police say another man "appeared frightened and retreated out of fear."
One of the gunmen could be seen standing over the victim as he fires shots.
The victim was shot in the back and torso, and died at the hospital.
Police say the getaway vehicle was a stolen brown 2017 Infiniti Q50, with a New Jersey license plate. The vehicle was recovered the next day in the area of 9th & Poplar streets.
