NJ permanently legalizes restaurants selling to-go cocktails

New Jersey bars and restaurants now have more flexibility to sell cocktails to-go.

Governor Mikie Sherrill signed the law on Friday allowing businesses to continue to sell mixed cocktails in sealed containers, for off-premises consumption.

The temporary COVID-era provisions were about to expire on September 1st.
