An airport official says power has been restored to elevators, escalators and moving walkways in the ticketing lobbies and terminals.
There is still an issue with the elevator to the A-East Baggage claim and the SEPTA Platform.
Passengers are able to use the elevators by A-West to access the A-East baggage claim.
The SEPTA platform can be accessed by crossing the road from baggage claim.
Flights were not impacted by the outage at any point.
