PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have released video from a North Philadelphia shooting on Thursday night that left a toddler and two teenagers hospitalized with gunshot wounds.

The gunfire began around 8:40 p.m. in the 1300 block of North 11th Street near Master Street and ended in the next block over.

Police say it began as a drive-by shooting before one of the gunmen got out of the vehicle, a white Jeep Grand Cherokee, and continued shooting down the block.

Multiple gunshots can be heard from a home surveillance camera as the Cherokee goes by.

In another camera angle, a gunman on foot can be seen jumping into the rear driver's side of the Cherokee as another gunman fires again from inside the vehicle.

The Jeep has tinted windows and several distinctive features including a moon roof, chrome rearview mirrors and five-spoke alloy wheels.

"We know that over 30 shots were fired from a semi-automatic weapon or weapons. We found over 30 spent shell casings," said Chief Inspector Scott Small with the Philadelphia Police Department.

Police said a 2-year-old boy and his 15-year-old sister were both shot multiple times while outside their home on the block.

Both victims were taken to an area hospital and listed as stable.

A short time later, police say a 17-year-old boy showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound to his ankle. He was also listed as stable.

"We're very, very lucky that all of them are stable," Small said.

Police aren't sure yet who the shooters were targeting since the bullets were fired down an entire block in that neighborhood.

The Action Cam captured video of more than 30 evidence markers that span a distance of two blocks, indicating the spots where shots were fired.

No arrests have been made.
