CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police and fire crews are investigating an oil sheen on the Schuylkill River in Center City.

The sheen was spotted around 4 p.m. Monday in the portion of the river between the Spring Garden and Chestnut Street bridges.
The Philadelphia Police TAC-AIR chopper is assisting in trying to locate the origin of the spill.
