It happened around 11:20 p.m. along the 300 block of North Manor Drive in Media, Pennsylvania.
Officials said flames could be seen showing from the garage area.
The fire quickly spread to the main home, causing damage to the first and second floors.
Crews were able to get the fire quickly under control.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
