Experts provided resources for Pennsylvania families on how to participate and maximize the investment.

In Pennsylvania,1.4 million kids are eligible for $250 or more through federal seed investment and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, according to a press release from McCormick's office.

To create a Trump Account for a child, Form 4547 can be filled out by parents or other authorized individuals such as a legal guardian and submitted to Treasury when they file their taxes, or they can sign up for an account on trumpaccounts.gov.

The accounts go live on the Fourth of July.
