Pennsylvania State Police launched a statewide enforcement effort just days after a new distracted driving law took full effect.

Paul Miller's Law prohibits drivers from holding a cellphone even when stuck in traffic or stopped at a red light.

During PSP's three-day enforcement initiative troopers issued nearly 700 traffic citations and more than 300 warnings related to the new law.
