The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, or PAWS, reopened on Friday after evacuating dozens of animals over safety concerns.
The shelter is located right next door to the site.
Visitors of the shelter should both enter and exit through the entrance on Grays Ferry Avenue, as 30th Street remains closed.
Staff and volunteers worked through the night to move dogs and cats to safe locations following the collapse.
Most nearby roads have also reopened, along with the shopping center and the Fresh Grocer supermarket across the street.
