The Eagles, favored to win, fell in the wild-card round, leaving many supporters questioning what went wrong.
"I thought yesterday was kind of a lock," said John Hallenbeck of Blue Bell, Pa. "Last time Brock Purdy came in, we destroyed him. So that was a bit of a shock yesterday."
Some fans called for changes within the organization.
"Get some new people in there, okay!" said Gwen Holmes of South Philadelphia.
Many pointed to offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo for the team's inability to score.

Others criticized wide receiver A.J. Brown after a heated sideline exchange with head coach Nick Sirianni.
"He can't do all that crying and stuff that he been doing and then dropping balls," said Naair Gland of South Philadelphia. "The wind had a factor in the game, but some of that just comes down to being a professional, and I don't think he played his part last night."
Not all fans were ready to give up on Brown.
"I really like him, though," said Annette Bailey of North Philadelphia. "I think he should stay. I think they can work it out."

While most Eagles fans were disappointed, one Philadelphia native was celebrating in red. Anthony Turner, a lifelong 49ers fan, said he was thrilled with the outcome.
"Overall, I'm feeling great. We going to the second round. Eagles fans are going home," Turner said. "We're not easily bullied. We're not going to be bullied by no team in the NFL."
Outside the NovaCare Complex, 9-year-old Eli Pavlovec of Lumberton, N.J., showed up to greet the team and lift their spirits.
"They probably felt sad like me," Eli said. "And a little mad."
Fans now turn their attention to the NFL Draft in April as they await potential offseason changes.
