It happened around 3:46 a.m. Monday on the 5300 block of Jackson Street near Kennedy Street.

The Action Cam showed investigators found multiple shell casings at the intersection.
Police say an adult man was shot in the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 16-year-old male victim was shot twice in the right thigh. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
