It gives everyone a rundown of the best things to eat, drink and do in the city, and also highlights some big names.
The magazine cover goes to the beloved Jason and Kylie Kelce - who are called the "best love story".
They're also recognized for their philanthropic efforts in the area.
The organizers tell us this is a year-round operation.
They keep notes on all of the things people are doing in the city, on the places generating buzz, and on the best places to eat.
This year, there's plenty to choose from.
"We're keeping long lists every year and you know, we have more than 200 winners this year and this is the kind of thing where we start with 300-350 possibilities and then we whittle it down every year. And for food and drink, we have classics in there, we have stuff in the suburbs, we have stuff in New Jersey," says "Best of Philly" Editor Bradford Pearson.
Among the names on the list, Colman Domingo was named "Best Dressed" and Phillies pitcher Cristopher Sanchez and the Sixers' VJ Edgcombe were also named some of the "Best Philadelphians".
