PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Music Alliance is welcoming a new class of artists to its Walk of Fame.

This year's list spans generations of creatives who have contributed to the city's musical identity.

Inductees include Philadelphia Orchestra Director Yannick Nezet-Seguin, Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale, Grammy-winner Adam Blackstone, DJ Lady B, and Pablo Batista.

The Walk of Fame along Broad Street's Avenue of the Arts features nearly 200 bronze commemorative plaques honoring Philadelphia-area musicians.

New plaques for the class of 2026 were revealed on Wednesday afternoon in front of the Kimmel Center.

Later Wednesday night, the Music Alliance will present Philadelphia drummer Earl Young with the lifetime achievement award.
