It happened on November 2, around 1:20 a.m., on the 800 block of Chestnut Street.

The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Derrick Henry. He was arrested on Friday morning at Temple University Hospital.
Police say he was at the hospital being treated for an unrelated matter.
Henry, who is homeless, is being charged with rape, sexual assault, endangering welfare and related offenses.
