PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia will begin issuing tickets to drivers who do not move their vehicles when streets are getting cleaned.
Crews will sweep 14 neighborhoods this spring, every Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The program runs from April 6 to October 29.

The city used its Litter Index report to choose the neighborhoods, surveying nearly 25 thousand city blocks.
