Students at JKY Discovery Charter School in Parkside took the stage on Friday for a "Back in the Groove" celebration.
They dressed up to perform hits like "Superstition" and "We are Family." Some students chose to sing the lyrics, while others danced in the background.
Parents were also asked to attend and come dressed in their best '70s outfits.
The event highlighted Black music and culture from the 1970's. It also included a special focus on female artists for Women's History Month.
