PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Action News was given a preview on Thursday of a new bear habitat at the Philadelphia Zoo.
The newly-improved Francis J. Bear Country facility has upgraded habitats, more indoor and outdoor den spaces, and a new trail.
The exhibit also includes new viewing areas for guests to get closer than ever before to the animals.
Carey Bear Country is home to two species of endangered bears: Andean Bears and Sloth Bears.
The exhibit will be open daily to the public, starting on Friday.
