Citing city property records, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports Giroux bought a unit on the 10th floor of the building at 130 South 18th Street.
The website for 10 Rittenhouse Square promises residents a pool, spa, fitness center, concierge services and a chauffeured Mercedes town car.

Giroux was in the news earlier this month after a bizarre incident in Ottawa, Canada.
The 26-year-old was accused of inappropriately grabbing a male police officer outside a popular bar. No charges were filed.
