CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A total of 3,500 people dressed in their finest white attire for a pop-up dinner on Broad Street in Philadelphia!
Organizer Kory Aversa said the event was sold out weeks in advance.
"To celebrate Philadelphia and our arts scene, the surprises included ballet dancers, artists painting in the streets, drum lines, live music, street performers and much more," Aversa said.
