Person in pickup truck killed after vehicle slams into building in Ridley Twp., Delaware County

RIDLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A person in a pickup truck is dead after the vehicle crashed into the side of a building in Ridley Twp., Delaware County on Wednesday morning.

It happened around 9 a.m. at the Community Services Foundation and BuxMont Academy building along MacDade Boulevard in the Woodlyn section.

The impact was so powerful that the truck smashed through the exterior wall.

The name of the person killed has not been released.

It's not yet known if anyone else was injured.



The circumstances of this crash remain under investigation.
