Now, police need your help solving this case.
"Tuesday November 5, 2019 7:45 p.m., police responded to report of shooting in 2000 block of College Avenue," says Santo Montecalvo of the Citizens Crime Commission.
Police received numerous calls that night in North Philadelphia for shots fired.
When they arrived, they found two men had been shot.
One survived his wounds.
The other, 25-year-old Darren Foxworth, died at the hospital after being shot multiple times.
"At the scene there was 29 fired casings and five spent projectiles, a lot of ammo being fired," says Montecalvo.
Foxworth was found next to an ATV quad.
Police say witnesses saw Foxworth and the other shooting victim talking to a group of men on ATV's and dirt bikes.
But years later, authorities need your help solving the deadly shooting.
"Any information, please call the Citizens Crime Commission at 215-546-TIPS, there's a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of person or persons responsible," says Montecalvo.
