MILLBOURNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have identified a man struck and killed in Delaware County as 51-year-old Warren Gainer.
The incident happened around midnight Wednesday in the 6400 block of Market Street near Millbourne Avenue in Millbourne, Pennsylvania.

Gainer, of Upper Darby, stepped off the sidewalk when he was struck by a car traveling westbound, police say.
Police say as the driver stopped to see what she had hit, a second vehicle struck Gainer.
He died of his injuries.

Police found no evidence that excessive speed or alcohol played a role in either case.
No charges were expected to be filed.
