It happened near the intersection of 28th and Lehigh.
While investigating, authorities say they learned that the white Honda minivan had been reported stolen.
They also found two guns inside the vehicle.
Both men were taken to the hospital.
One for minor injuries, and the other for observation.
Police are now working to determine what led to the crash.
