Investigators released a composite sketch of the victim.
They believe he was a 5'6" white man that was possibly 35 to 45 years old.
They also say he died sometime between 1981 and 1982.
His remains were found in a marshy meadow area, next to Golden Hammock Thorofare in Brigantine.
Officials are hoping someone recognizes the man and can finally help solve the decades-old mystery.
