A street residents describe as quiet and off the beaten path.
Resident Amanda Little said, "It's absolutely terrifying, nothing like that has ever happen here, it's a quiet block and to hear something like that is definitely very concerning."
A woman tells police she was out for a walk Sunday about 11:30 p.m.
Suddenly a car pulls up, the driver gets out and forces her into the vehicle.
The assailant then drove her to a secluded area along General Armistead Avenue in nearby West Norriton where he sexually assaulted her. Later, she managed to walk to a nearby Walmart at 650 Trooper Road where police were called.
"Wow! I don't wanna hear that, that's for sure," resident Barbara Auris said.
Neighbors on the block were absolutely taken aback by word of the assault.

Residents Therese and Steve Martin said, "It's very scary. I can't believe it actually, I can't believe it honestly."
"I was outside letting my dog out around that same time last night, and I had no idea that anything had happen," Little said.
A surveillance camera captured some fuzzy pictures of what is believed to be the car involved in the abduction and assault.
Police say it's a silver sedan, possibly a Nissan less than 2-years-old with tinted windows and a gray interior.
Auris added, "And I'm upset because my granddaughter whose 16, walks that way over to the church one night a week by herself."
Martin said, "Didn't hear a word, not a peep last night, nothing."
