It happened just after 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the 1400 block of Peach Street.
Philadelphia firefighters are responding to the city's Parkside section after a portion of a rowhome collapsed.
Officials say the ball wall of the two-story home collapsed.
They said there was also a small fire. However, it is unclear unclear if it caused the collapse or was a result of the collapse.
No one was injured, officials said.
The fire marshal is investigating.
