Red fruits, veggies may help reduce prostate cancer risk

There's more evidence eating red fruits and vegetables may help reduce the risk for prostate cancer.

The red pigment in tomatoes and watermelon indicates a high level lycopene.

That antioxidant has been linked to lower PSA or Prostate Specific Antigen levels which could mean a lower risk for prostate cancer.

Some studies also show eating red fruits and veggies with a healthy fat like olive oil can be especially helpful.
