COLWYN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Council members Jesse Brundage and Paul Meuser, along with Mayor Michael Blue, have resigned in Colwyn Borough, Delaware County.

A state report made public Thursday night said elected officials are not serving the people of Colwyn, and its leaders are incapable of running the borough in a responsible fashion.
The report calls for hiring a professional borough manager to set Colwyn's financial house in order.
