PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART (WPVI) -- "Rising Up -- Rocky and The Making of Monuments" is a new exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Philadelphia native, scholar Paul Farber, is the guest curator who has made his life's work the study of monuments.

He hosts a podcast called The Statue, and is the Director and Co-Founder of The Monument Lab -- a Philadelphia-based nonprofit public art and history studio that reimagines monuments as places of learning, healing and belonging.

The exhibition brings the Rocky statue -- and artifacts surrounding it's making -- inside the museum for the first time, and features over 150 works by over 50 artists spanning over 2,000 years. 'Rising Up' runs through August 2nd.
