WEST GOSHEN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- This extreme weather may be creating a rough road in West Goshen Township, Chester County.
The 1200 block of Pottstown Pike northbound lanes are closed after the road buckled on Thursday.
Police say there is no estimate on when repairs will be made.
Action News has also called PennDOT about what may have caused the damage.
