PRISTINA, Kosovo (WPVI) -- Vice-President Joe Biden was in Europe helping a country remember his late son.
An emotional ceremony was held in Kosovo Wednesday to dedicate a street "Joseph R." Beau" Biden the Third Roadway."

It is not far from an American military base where Beau served in 2001.
The vice-president spoke at the ceremony.

Beau Biden was a Delaware attorney general, and had advocated for Kosovo's independence during his time in the military.
He died of brain cancer at the age of 46 last year.
