PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Roots Picnic is returning to Philadelphia, and organizers say several changes are coming after fan complaints.
The two-day music festival is moving from the Mann Center to Belmont Plateau, where it will take place on May 30 and 31.
Organizers say an upgraded Roots Picnic app and improved messaging services will allow for better communication with attendees. They also plan to add a second entrance to help reduce lines and speed up entry.
The musical lineup has not yet been announced.
