PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA is getting prepared for every scenario ahead of Philadelphia's busy summer of events, including the World Cup and MLB All-Star Game.
The transit agency, along with the fire department, is conducting full-scale exercises on Wednesday morning by simulating different emergency incidents.
Officials say they want to be ready for any and all possible scenarios.
