FRANKLINVILLE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say 46-year-old Jon J. Carlo, owner of the Franklin Skating Center in Franklinville, New Jersey has been charged with criminal sexual contact with a child under the age of thirteen.

He is accused of showing adult pornography to a juvenile and endangering the welfare of a child stemming from acts that allegedly occurred between November 2014 and July 2015.

Carlo turned himself in on Monday at the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

The Major Crimes Unit conducted a four-week investigation of the allegations that the child had been shown pornography on a laptop computer at the skating rink on Delsea Drive.

Search warrants were then issued at Carlo's business and residence.

Carlo is incarcerated in default of $200,000 bail.

He is charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering and third-degree invasion of privacy.

According to the complaint, an invasion of privacy occurred when Carlo made a video recording when a child's "intimate parts were exposed without (the child's) consent and under the circumstances in which a reasonable person would not expect to be observed."

A court-approved sex offense restraining order was then issued, prohibiting Carlo from unsupervised contact with any minors.
