There was no immediate word on the extent of the injuries.
Authorities said the crash happened before 8:30 a.m. Monday in Paradise Township and involved a dump truck.
Lancaster General Hospital spokeswoman Frieda Schmidt said four students and two adults were being treated in the emergency room, but that their injuries weren't life-threatening.
Paradise Fire Company Chief Pat Cosgrove told LNP newspapers that seven children and the bus driver were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
LNP said a medical helicopter was initially put on standby but was cancelled minutes later.
