It happened around 2:30 p.m. at Chelten Hills Drive and Elkins Avenue in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania.
Chopper 6 was overhead where you can see the van lying on its side and another damaged vehicle on the sidewalk.
There's no word if there are any injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
