DELAWARE COUNTY, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- The mission of a local husband-and-wife is to get more kids with disabilities on the field.

With "Support A Sport," they're doing just that.

Through their seasonal programming, participants are jumping over their personal hurdles, and achieving athletic goals.

" My husband and I during COVID...were talking about opportunities for students with disabilities. Tyler's a football coach. I coached lacrosse and field hockey, and I'm also a special education teacher...Been around since 2021...We really enjoy it. And I think we create a positive impact for our community," said Founder, Sarah Damato.
