PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Charges are pending against the suspect accused of vandalizing the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood.
Detectives said that the man turned himself in Monday night.
The person was caught on video on August 18, spray painting the museum's walls and outside areas with red paint.
A similar incident happened a week later.
Police plan to release the suspect's name as soon as charges are filed.
