ABSECON, N.J. (WPVI) -- People broke out the plaid shirts and ugly Christmas sweaters for a fundraiser Saturday at the Jersey Shore.
It was all part of a festive open house at the Absecon Lighthouse.

Prizes were handed out for the ugliest sweaters and outfits.
The winner was a woman who showed up draped in garland and bows while rocking a Christmas sweater with a reindeer on it.
This party raises money for this state-owned, historic property.
