Troy Johnson, 30, was taken into custody on Wednesday on the 5400 block of Norfolk Street in the city's Cobbs Creek section.

Johnson is accused of intentionally running over 29-year-old Rigoberto Hernandez after a verbal altercation on November 21.
Hernandez later died at the hospital from his injuries.
Johnson is facing 3rd degree murder charges.
