TOMS RIVER, N.J. (WPVI) -- A semi-truck hauling a trailer knocked down power lines and ripped a utility pole from the ground in Toms River, New Jersey, on Wednesday morning.
Video captured by a nearby street camera shows the incident, which happened shortly before 11 a.m. along Route 70 near Whitesville Road.
The truck struck overhead utility lines, pulling down the wires and bringing the pole down with them.
No injuries were reported.
Utility crews responded to the scene and are working to make repairs and restore power to affected customers.
