CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The bright blue skies were a picture perfect backdrop for a surprise marriage proposal at Love Park.
They say that when you find "the one" - it's a good idea to run right toward it.

That's what 29-year old Christopher Reed did Sunday as his girlfriend Jacqueline Freda stood beneath the LOVE statue in Center City.
Reed got down on one knee, presented Freda with roses and a ring - and popped the question.
He caught her by surprise but we're happy to report: She said yes.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
