PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Water Department is working to figure out what caused a water main break that led to a partial road collapse Tuesday morning.
It happened around 5 a.m. in the 7900 block of Lexington Avenue in the city's Mayfair section.
Crews say it was a 12-inch water main that broke.
Action News has been told that this is not threatening any homes, but about two dozen properties are without water and crews will be on the scene to repair the road.
