WILMINGTON, DEL. (WPVI) -- The Wilmington Flower Market is open.
The 3 day festival is held every year at Rockford Park.
It marks the arrival of Spring and has been held on Mother's Day weekend since 1921.
Along with the massive plant sale, there is also live music, carnival rides, a beer garden and retail vendors.
Proceeds from the event go to non-profits dedicated to improving the lives of children across Delaware.
