48-year-old Laura Swope has been missing since September 2nd.
Authorities say she was last seen in the area of 14th and North Washington streets in Wilmington.
Swope is described as a white female, 5'6" tall, 125 pounds, with strawberry-blonde shoulder length hair and blue eyes.
Police say there is a genuine concern for her safety and welfare.
