DES MOINES, Iowa (WPVI) -- A little girl was thrilled to see Spiderman and Captain America outside the window at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
The 3-year-old girl is a patient there.

Several children were treated to superhero window washers on Tuesday.
Also seen hanging outside - Superman, Batman, Thor and the Green Lantern.
