The family of 47-year-old Sarah Stepp said she was visiting her boyfriend in Northeast Philadelphia on the night of the medical jet crash.
Stepps' sister told Action News she was unable to get in touch with her sister in the hours and days after the chaos.
"When I called her phone, it went straight to voicemail. She always answers my calls. So, then I called her boyfriend and he said he was worried," said Suzanne Stepp said.

Stepps' boyfriend also got worried when she didn't return from getting food near where the plane went down.
Philadelphia police have not provided any further details on the case on Tuesday, only to say she's been found unharmed.
